About Caleb

A local who knows the ground he's standing on.

I'm Caleb Lehmann — a REALTOR® licensed in both Arizona and Idaho. My job is simple: help you make a clear-eyed decision about one of the biggest moves of your life, with honest guidance and zero pressure.

Licensed REALTOR® — AZ Licensed — ID Brokerage: [name] License #: [add]
Caleb — write this part in your own voice. The text below is a scaffold. Replace it with your real story: where you grew up or settled, how you got into real estate, what you care about for your clients, and a specific detail or two that makes you you. This page is the single biggest trust signal on the whole site — Google and buyers both reward a real, identifiable person. The more genuine and specific, the better.

My story

[Two or three short paragraphs in Caleb's voice. Where you're from, how you came to Arizona real estate, and what drives you. First-hand and specific beats polished and generic every time.]

[A paragraph on your approach — how you actually work with clients, what they can expect, and the kind of relationship you aim for. Mention experience concretely where you can, e.g. "Since [year] I've helped families across the East Valley…".]

Why two states

Being licensed in both Arizona and Idaho gives me a perspective most agents don't have. A lot of families move between the two — for work, for family, for a change of pace — and I can help on both ends of that move rather than handing you off to a stranger. It also means I see two very different markets up close, which sharpens how I read pricing and timing here in the Valley.

How I work

Honest first

I'll tell you the trade-offs of an area or a home before you fall for it. The right fit matters more than a fast close.

Direct access

You work with me — not a rotating team. Call or text and you'll reach the person actually handling your move.

Local knowledge

From flood-irrigated lots in Arcadia to new builds out in the East Valley, I know how these neighborhoods actually live.

Let's talk about your move.

No pressure, no obligation — just a real conversation about where you are and what makes sense next.
